Because the issue is structural, it should not be addressed on an individual basis so we should not solely place the blame on property developers and government officials. There is plenty that may be done to increase the availability of public housing, provide clean temporary housing, and restore public confidence in the government. However, the situation has not been improving as of now. Fortunately, there are still ways we can help, which are linked below.
